In 1990, cookbook author and educator Richard Grausman started the Careers through Culinary Arts program as a way to pilot young cooks into their desired field of profession. C-CAP operates all over the country as a way to offer perparation to high school and college students for careers in the restaurant industry. For more info, click here.
This week, Neighborhoodies has joined forces with Serious Eats to raise funds for the C-CAP. Serious Eats will be co-designing 5 new shirts for us by the end of this week, which can be viewed here.

You have CCPA as the charity of the week, and CCAP in your text.
It should read C-CAP (pronounced C (see) Cap) The - stands for the word through in our name Careers through Culinary Arts Program.
